    Having technical difficulties? We recommend following these steps:
    • Check the description for the course you are trying to access for any important course-specific technical requirements.
    • Courses may get "stuck" if you have not shut down or restarted your computer.  If your course is not progressing or working properly, please try to shut down or restart your computer for necessary updates.

    How do I find my transcript information:

    There are several ways to locate your learning transcripts: 

    • On the navigation bar, click My Learning.
    • On the dashboard, under My Learning, click Training Records/Transcript.
    Please note: Any training taken on the old learn@tnc system, this will be located under the Other Evidence tab.
