Diversity can be a source of enormous strength when teams tap into the unique perspectives and skills of every member. This course demonstrates the importance of communicating respectfully and what it takes to create an equitable and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. After taking this course, learners will be able to recognize the importance of building an inclusive and equitable culture; recognize the importance of having open and honest conversations; and understand the importance of respect and dignity in building an inclusive workplace.
