This self-paced online course is designed to help reef managers and practitioners understand how wastewater pollution threatens ocean and human health and what strategies and solutions are available to protect coastal environments. It also provides guidance on how to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and engage with decision makers to mitigate wastewater pollution in the ocean. This course builds on the Wastewater Pollution Toolkit and incorporates additional new science, case studies, and management practices.
